? Profile: Agency Manager / Development Manager

? Location: As per requirement

? CTC: Up to ₹3.00–₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop life insurance advisors/agents.

• Build and maintain a robust agency network.

• Generate business through advisors and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

• Motivate advisors to improve productivity and business performance.

• Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and sales activities.

• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and advisors.

• Ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and policy issuance.

• Track team performance and achieve assigned business goals.

? Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.





• Experience in life insurance / BFSI / banking / sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong relationship management and team-handling ability.

• Age generally 23–35 years depending on company/profile.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
