- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D views, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and site teams.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and other interior elements.
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
- Make design modifications based on client requirements and project needs.
- Support the project team in maintaining design quality and timelines.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/Revit or similar design software.
- Good knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and commercial interior design.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and project/site teams.
- Preferred: Experience in commercial interiors, office spaces, furniture, or turnkey projects.
