ob DescriptionMagsons is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our stores across Goa. The role involves assisting customers, supporting sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and understanding their requirements.
- Maintain proper product display, shelf arrangement, and merchandising.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and replenished.
- Check product availability, pricing, labels, and expiry dates.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support billing/POS operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the assigned store/section.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.




- Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, grocery, counter sales, or customer service will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a retail store setting and rotational shifts.
