About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, coordinate interviews, and support employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Apna, job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding offers and joining dates.
- Collect joining documents and support onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.




- Work towards hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; HR qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
