Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Attapur, Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining property projects, arranging site visits and converting leads into bookings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and other sources.
- Call potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain villas, houses, projects, pricing and payment plans.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Build good relationships with prospective buyers.
- Convert leads into site visits and site visits into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads,



follow-ups and site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management until the booking process is completed.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi/Hinglish communication is preferred.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
- Previous real estate/sales experience will be an advantage.
