We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined Commis 3 to support the kitchen team with basic food preparation, cleaning, mise en place, and day-to-day kitchen operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the CDP and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting, chopping, portioning, marination, and ingredient preparation.
- Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
- Follow Shawarma Sutra’s recipes, SOPs, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.




- Minimize food wastage and report any damaged or low-stock items.
- Support the team during peak hours to ensure orders are prepared efficiently.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Requirements0–1 year of kitchen/QSR experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, disciplined, and a valuable team player.
