Job DescriptionRIDH – The Fabric Studio is looking for a Social Media Intern to support our social media presence and customer communication across digital platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and regularly update the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create and publish regular posts, product updates, new arrivals, and promotional content.
- Update relevant content on the company website.
- Monitor and respond to enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, and the website.
- Communicate with customers professionally and provide basic information about products and collections.
- Forward customer enquiries and potential leads to the concerned sales team.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day social media activities and customer engagement.
- Assist in creating easy social media content using Canva or similar tools.

- Candidates with an interest in fashion, fabrics, retail, and social media will be preferred.
