Key Responsibilities

· Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.

· Develop designs according to the company's branding and marketing requirements.

· Work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand design requirements.

· Create creatives for recruitment campaigns, events, announcements, and company communications.

· Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

· Edit images, graphics, and basic videos when required.

· Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand identity.

· Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

· Stay updated with current design trends and creative concepts.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

· Valuable knowledge of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual composition.

· Strong creativity and attention to detail.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines.
