- Inspect and document the condition of both the exterior and interior of properties, noting any issues or improvements.
- Take photos for reports and measure the property's dimensions.
- Compare a property's value to similar properties in the area.
- Review local zoning codes and relevant regulations.
- Robust verbal and written communication for client interviews, report writing, and team collaboration.
- Understanding of factors that influence value, such as market conditions, economic factors, and legal regulations.
