About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Repair & Maintenance Staff / MST to handle the maintenance and repair requirements across our retail stores in Bangalore. The role will involve travelling to different store locations and ensuring that electrical, plumbing, CCTV, and other basic maintenance issues are attended to promptly.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day repair and maintenance requirements across all stores.
- Attend to electrical issues such as switches, lights, wiring, sockets, fixtures, etc.
- Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate CCTV-related issues and basic surveillance system maintenance.
- Handle minor carpentry, fixtures, fittings, and other general store maintenance work.
- Travel across different store locations as required for maintenance and repairs.
- Identify issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors/technicians whenever specialised repairs are required.




- Maintain basic records of repairs, maintenance work, and materials used.
- Ensure all repair work is completed safely and with minimal disruption to store operations.

Requirements

- 1+ years of relevant experience in repair and maintenance, preferably in retail, commercial, or multi-location environments.
- Positive practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, CCTV, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Comfortable travelling across multiple store locations in Bangalore.
- Should be reliable, responsive, and available to attend urgent maintenance requirements when needed.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- ITI / relevant technical qualification will be an added advantage.

Someone who is hands-on, technically skilled, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple locations to ensure our stores remain fully functional and well-maintained.
