Right Recruitments is hiring – Hiring Partner (Telecalling + Office Work) | Kolar Road, Bhopal | Part Time

Part-time job: join our own recruitment team at Right Recruitments, Bhopal. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

What the job actually is:

You will call job seekers on the phone, tell them about job openings, check if they are interested, and schedule their interviews. You will also do simple office and computer work.

Key responsibilities:

- Make at least 40 calls daily to candidates from our job portals and database
- Explain the job role, salary and location clearly to each candidate
- Schedule interviews for interested candidates and send them the details on WhatsApp
- Follow up with candidates before the interview and after it
- Update call status and candidate details in Excel / Google Sheet every day
- Do basic office work:



collect resumes, keep records, share daily reports

What we are looking for:

- 12th pass or above (graduates also welcome)
- Positive and polite communication in Hindi; basic English
- Must have own laptop and smartphone
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Must live in Kolar Road area, Bhopal or nearby (Kolar, Chuna Bhatti, Danish Kunj, Shahpura, Bawadia Kalan, Nayapura, Sarvdharm)

Salary: ₹10,000 fixed per month + incentive

Work location: Right Recruitments, Kolar Road, Bhopal (Work from office)
