Interior Sales Executive

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (+ Incentives)

About the Role: We are a growing interior design company looking for a Sales Executive who can handle client meetings and convert qualified leads into successful project closures. You will be working on pre-qualified leads and interacting with clients planning their home/commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle qualified leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects
- Conduct client meetings (office/site)
- Understand client psychology, budget, and decision triggers
- Present proposals and drive negotiations to closure
- Follow up and drive closures

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1–3 years in Sales (interiors, real estate, or high-value services)
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi preferred)




- Basic understanding of sales process and follow-ups
- Willingness to work with targets and grow in sales

Experience:

- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- High ticket value sales: 2 years (Required)
- Interior design sales: 1 year (Preferred)

- Language: English (Required)
- Work Location: In person - Kondapur, Hyderabad - reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
