About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused and highly articulate Health Coaches who can engage with customers, understand their individual needs, provide personalized guidance/recommendations, and build strong long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have very valuable communication skills, robust active-listening ability, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through calls to understand their health-related needs and concerns.
- Conduct personalized consultations based on customer requirements.
- Recommend appropriate health/wellness solutions based on the customer's needs and journey.




- Build trust and establish strong customer relationships through empathetic and professional communication.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following backgrounds would be preferred:

- Health Coach / Wellness Coach / Nutritionist
- Healthcare Customer Support
- Tele-counselling / Customer Relationship Management / Customer Success
- Pre-Sales / Consultative Sales
- Experience with health-tech, wellness or D2C healthcare brands

Candidates from strong customer-facing BPO/contact-centre backgrounds with excellent communication and consultative skills may also be considered.
