Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Customer Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (we prefer candidate who knows malayalam language ), with a higher preference for those who can speak Malayalam. This role involves managing a low volume of both incoming and outgoing calls daily, providing exceptional customer service, and operational support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer issues, inquiries,



or feedback.
- Assist clients with Money Transfer, UPI, MATM, and AEPS-related queries and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support or operations support is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of fintech products such as Money Transfer, UPI, MATM, and AEPS.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
