Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and MIS as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws during the hiring process.
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, whenever required.
Assist in other HR activities such as employee engagement, induction, and HR documentation.
