Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and responsible Warehouse Operations Executives to join our team at the Truemeds warehouse in Dhulagarh, Kolkata. The role involves day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, inward checking, inventory handling, and vendor return processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accuracy, productivity, and adherence to warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Picking

- Pick medicines and other products accurately as per system-generated orders.
- Verify product name, quantity, batch number, and expiry date before picking.
- Follow proper picking processes to minimize errors and order discrepancies.
- Ensure products are handled safely and systematically.

2. Packing

- Pack orders accurately as per company guidelines.
- Verify the products and quantities before packing.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling to avoid damage or mismatch during transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

3. Inward Checking

- Receive incoming stock from vendors and verify it against invoices and system records.
- Check product quantity, batch details, expiry dates, packaging condition, and other required details.
- Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, damaged products, or discrepancies.
- Ensure inward stock is properly recorded and moved to the designated storage location.

4. Vendor Return

- Process vendor return stock as per company procedures.
- Identify products eligible for return based on defined guidelines.




- Verify quantity, batch, expiry, and product condition before preparing returns.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for return documentation and system updates.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor return transactions.
- Additional ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper housekeeping and discipline within the warehouse.
- Follow all safety, security, and SOP guidelines.
- Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Meet assigned productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Be flexible to work in different warehouse processes based on business requirements.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or similar operations preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
- Basic computer/system knowledge.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
