- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their homes, workplaces, or business locations for collection activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits and collection status.
- Explain payment-related information and assist customers with suitable payment options.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Report daily field activities and collection updates to the reporting manager.
- Identify and escalate difficult or overdue cases to the concerned team.




- Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and according to company guidelines.
- Travel within the assigned Guntur area as required.
