- Manage and monitor Home Cooks' attendance.
- Handle Home Cook onboarding and ongoing management; additional incentives may be applicable based on onboarding performance.
- Manage and coordinate orders through Home Cooks.
- Conduct customer feedback calls and ensure feedback is appropriately tracked.
- Track and coordinate Home Kitchen visits and audits.
- Generate and follow up on leads for Home Kitchens.
- Actively participate in marketing activities and current business initiatives.
- Utilize strong convincing and conversion skills to onboard and engage Home Cooks/partners.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with Home Cooks and internal teams.
