We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our hospital nursing team. Candidates should be responsible, caring, and committed to providing safe and quality patient care.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during procedures, examinations, and emergency care.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
- Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the nursing station and patient-care area.
- Handle medical equipment safely and responsibly.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Eligibility – Freshers/ Experience
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility – Experienced
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Previous hospital experience will be preferred.
- Experience in ward, ICU, OT, Emergency, or other clinical departments will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and infection-control practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
