Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inward & outward operations (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

• Manage delivery/pickup appointments with platforms

• Maintain GRN and related documentation

• Coordinate with transporters for dispatch & tracking

• Ensure accurate inventory & stock records

• Prepare daily MIS reports (Excel/ERP/WMS)

• Support order processing, packaging & dispatch readiness

• Ensure compliance with safety & operational standards
