- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Prepare and release offer letters and joining documentation.
- Support basic HR activities such as onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with strong recruitment experience preferred.

Key Focus: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%) + General HR Support (20%).
