We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients over the phone, explaining company services, handling queries, generating leads and supporting client conversion.

Main Job Responsibilities:

* Make phone calls to customers and potential clients.

* Explain the company’s services and offers.

* Understand customer needs and answer their questions.

* Follow up with interested customers.

* Generate new leads through calling.

* Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

* Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

* Communicate professionally with customers.

Requirements:

* Valuable communication skills.

Hindi mandatory.

* Comfortable talking to customers on the phone.

* Freshers are welcome.

* Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge is an advantage.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Comfortable working with targets.

* Must be able to work from the Bhubaneswar office.
