Job Responsibilities:• Handle overall Finance & Accounts functions

• Financial planning, budgeting and cash-flow management

• Preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports

• Plant finance and manufacturing costing

• Product-wise / SKU-wise costing and cost control

• Monitor raw material, packaging, production and inventory costs

• Working capital, receivables, payables and inventory management

• Budget vs. actual and cost variance analysis

• GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and statutory compliance

• Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors

• Vendor payment and commercial controls

• Develop and monitor financial SOPs and internal controls

• Support CAPEX,



profitability and business decisions

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team

Candidate Requirements:• Qualified CA with strong Finance & Accounts experience

• 15–18 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Dairy / FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and budgeting

• Good knowledge of SAP, MIS and financial reporting

• Strong understanding of GST, taxation and statutory audits

• Experience in plant finance, inventory and working capital management

• Solid leadership and team-management skills

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
