We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our daily operations and client servicing activities.

- Key Responsibilities: Process and coordinate mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, SIPs and switches.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC documentation, account opening and data verification.
- Maintain client records, investment reports and transaction details.
- Coordinate with mutual fund companies, investment platforms and other service providers.
- Track pending transactions, service requests and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Assist the team in preparing portfolio statements, reports and other client documents.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails and WhatsApp for operational requirements.




- Perform routine data entry, documentation and administrative tasks.
- Skills Required: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to organise tasks, follow up regularly and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn financial products and investment operations.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working in a team.
- Candidate Profile: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in mutual funds, banking, financial services or back-office operations will be an advantage.
- Candidates residing in Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan, Wakad or nearby areas will be preferred.
