About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and supervise a team. The ideal candidate should have strong team-management skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to ensure that daily work is completed efficiently and on time.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Allocate tasks to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure timely completion of production, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, packaging materials, and stock movement.
- Maintain proper records of daily operations and team attendance.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily targets, pending work, and operational requirements.
- Maintain discipline, productivity,



and a positive working workplace.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
- Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in a Supervisor / Operations / Warehouse / Production role.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and computer operations.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and proactive approach towards work.
- Candidates with experience in e-commerce, FMCG, manufacturing, warehouse, packing or dispatch operations will be preferred.
