We are hiring Telesales Executives for outbound sales process for Gurgaon Location. The role involves engaging customers over voice calls, promoting insurance-related products/services, handling queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound sales calls as per assigned process.

Promote insurance products.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Deliver skilled and courteous customer interactions.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass.

Minimum 0-3 years sales experience.

Age up to 35 years.

Good command over English (Verbal & Written).

Versant Level 4 or 5 (Voice).

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance).

Shift & Working Details

6 days working.

Rotational weekly off.

Male candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts.

Female candidates: 7 AM – 7 PM shift window.
