Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.

* Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and booking closures.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.

* Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion ratios.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

* Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management and customer handling.

* Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

* Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

* 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales,



preferably in residential/commercial projects.

* Previous experience in a sales management or team-leadership role is preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.

* Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

* Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
