Field Sales Role:
The candidate will be mapped to multiple dealers/retailers within an assigned cluster and will be responsible for promoting and pitching JSW Paints products, visiting nearby project sites, generating and converting leads, and engaging with contractors, builders, and customers. The candidate should have positive communication and relationship-building skills, be comfortable with regular field work and local travel, and provide daily updates on visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
