1. Under guidance of Facility Manager, monitor, operate and maintain Checklists for BMS system, CCTV ,Access control system ,VESDA .FM 200.Gas suppression system, Fire separation system, Water Supply, Sewage disposal ,Fire fighting system ,FAS, Fire extinguishers, etc.And other low power systems.
2. Under guidance of Facility Manager, co-ordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure proper preventive maintenance.
