* Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: 3 to 4 years of solid on-site experience exclusively working on High-Rise Tower projects.
* Location Preference: Nearby candidates living in or around Malad / Western Suburbs who can commute easily are highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Solid understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, leveling instruments (Auto-level/Total Station), and basic computer skills (MS Excel).
* Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with laborers, contractors, and management.
