Join In Campus is an established overseas education and international university representation company working with universities, institutions, and recruitment partners across multiple countries.

We are looking for an experienced Accountant Manager who can independently manage the company’s accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, payments, and reporting. Candidates with experience in the overseas education/study-abroad industry or knowledge of university/school commissions and partner settlements will be considered an added advantage, but it is not mandatory. Candidates with strong accounting experience and the ability to learn the business processes are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Independently manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

* Manage and reconcile company, university, school, and recruitment partner accounts.

* Handle invoices, payments, receipts, bank entries, and ledger maintenance.

* Prepare and maintain commission and settlement records for universities/schools and recruitment partners.

* Track incoming payments, outstanding amounts, and receivables.

* Verify commission calculations, invoices, and supporting documents.

* Handle bank reconciliation and account reconciliation on a regular basis.

* Maintain records of foreign currency transactions and international payments/receipts.

* Prepare MIS reports, statements, and financial summaries for management.

* Coordinate with the CA, banks, and team regarding financial matters.





* Assist in taxation-related documentation, including TDS and other basic accounting compliances.

* Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

* Review accounting data and identify discrepancies or outstanding issues.

* Support management in financial documentation, reporting, and account-related decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience is required.

* Candidates with experience in the overseas education, study-abroad, education consultancy, university representation, or similar industry will have an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Good understanding of ledgers, bank reconciliation, invoices, payments, receivables, and taxation.

* Experience handling commission calculations, settlements, and partner accounts.

* Understanding of foreign currency transactions and international payments is preferred.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to independently manage accounting activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
