- Update lead and follow-up details in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales activities and performance.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of hands-on sales experience.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
