We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage customer requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors for product pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer enquiries related to laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, software, and other IT hardware.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, enquiry trackers, and order status reports.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and meeting sales targets.




- Coordinate with the accounts and logistics teams for billing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and provide regular order updates.
- Perform general sales administration and office coordination tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in the IT hardware or IT solutions industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and basic computer operations.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer enquiries efficiently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000.
- Performance-Based Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 per month.
