- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation processes.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation concepts and transaction matching.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, etc.).
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in the Banking/NBFC/Financial Services domain will be preferred.
