Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized Vendor Onboarding Executive to identify potential vendors, communicate with them, collect required information and documents, and complete the vendor registration and onboarding process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential vendors through calls, online research, and other sources.
- Explain the company’s vendor onboarding process, services, and requirements.
- Collect and verify vendor details and required documents.
- Coordinate with vendors to complete registration and onboarding formalities.
- Follow up with vendors for pending documents and information.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and update information in company systems.




- Build and maintain good professional relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding.
- Resolve basic vendor queries and provide timely support.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors.
