We are hiring a Sales Manager for our recent commercial real estate branch office at Wagle Estate, Thane. You will handle leads for commercial offices, retail shops and warehouses, take clients on site visits, and close lease and sale deals.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on incoming leads
Show properties to clients on site visits
Negotiate with clients and property owners and close deals
Build a network of property owners and brokers in Thane
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred)
12th pass
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
Speaks Marathi, Hindi and English
Salary: Rs 20,000 fixed per month + 10% incentive on closed deals
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
