We are looking for a dynamic, dual-role Team Lead (TL) QA & Trainer to spearhead the quality assurance and training framework for our high-performing Real Estate Sales Process based out of our Thane office.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a QA, Trainer, or QTL/Dual Role within a BPO Sales / Real Estate Inside Sales process.
- Location: Candidates must be residing in or comfortable commuting to Thane.
- Skills: Solid understanding of sales funnels, real estate terminologies, lead generation, and customer psychology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and motivate teams.
- Analytical Ability: Well-versed in data tracking, Excel formulas, and designing QA scorecards.

What We Offer:
