Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, coordinating with candidates/clients, maintaining records, and preparing and updating Excel sheets.

- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates, clients, and contacts as required.
- Explain job opportunities, interview details, and other relevant information clearly.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel sheets and databases.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate details, follow-ups, and interview status.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide necessary information to candidates.




- Perform data entry and ensure all records are updated accurately.
- Support the HR/recruitment team in daily activities.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Skills Required Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to make calls confidently and professionally.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of maintaining Excel records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
