About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, strengthening employee relations, and driving talent acquisition while ensuring compliance and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address employee concerns and provide effective solutions in alignment with company policies and management guidance

• Oversee HR operations including payroll, compensation support, and statutory compliance through third-party vendors





• Drive talent acquisition initiatives and ensure timely hiring as per business needs

• Build strong relationships between employees and management to foster a positive work environment

• Coordinate between external agencies and internal teams to meet organizational requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

• Expertise in recruitment and talent management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills

• High level of organizational ability, integrity, and confidentiality

Experience:

7–10 years minimum in HR / Manufacturing industry

Education:

MBA in HR

Work Type:

Full-time (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
