We looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our market presence, develop recent business opportunities, and build relationships with sports retailers, academies, clubs, schools, institutions, corporate clients, and other potential customers.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel, customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving marketing and sales targets.

A.Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through direct market visits, networking, referrals, and local market research.
- Visit Academies, schools, colleges, clubs, institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Introduce Noah Sports products, services, and business offerings to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert potential customers into business.
- Support B2B sales and distribution activities through field-level marketing.
- Conduct competitor and market research and report pricing, products, promotions,



and market trends.
- Promote company offers, new product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, follow-ups, customer meetings, and conversions.
- Prepare daily/weekly field activity reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and field visit targets.
- Represent Noah Sports professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

B.Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru market and local business areas.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain customer data.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru areas & Outstations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Sports Background is Mandatory.
