Job Summary

We are looking for a PPMC DC Confirmation Executive to manage Pre-Policy Medical Check-up (PPMC) package confirmations, appointment coordination, and communication with hospitals and diagnostic centres. The role will involve regular voice-based interaction with healthcare partners, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and client teams to ensure smooth confirmation of medical packages, costing, and appointment slots.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with hospitals and diagnostic centres for Pre-Policy Medical Check-ups (PPMC), including package confirmation, pricing/costing, availability, and appointment slots.

- Handle voice-based calls with healthcare partners, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and clients.

- Coordinate PPMC requirements related to medical packages, tests, appointments, and availability.

- Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth execution of PPMC confirmation activities.

- Manage communication and follow-ups with partners and clients.

- Ensure accurate confirmation of PPMC package details, medical tests, costing, appointment date/time, and availability.

- Maintain proper records of PPMC confirmations, appointments, and partner/client communication.





- Follow up with hospitals/diagnostic centres for pending PPMC confirmations and resolve basic coordination issues.

- Escalate discrepancies related to pricing, package availability, medical test requirements, or appointment slots to the concerned team.

- Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal stakeholders.

- Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with healthcare partners and clients.

Candidate Profile

- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare calling, hospital coordination, diagnostic centre coordination, or a similar role.

- Candidates from the Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostic industry will be preferred.

- Experience in a voice process/calling-based role is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in Pre-Policy Medical Check-ups, healthcare calling, appointment coordination, package confirmation, or customer coordination can be considered.

- Healthcare-related educational background will be an added advantage.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable making frequent calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. - Good follow-up & coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining operational records.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace.
