Job Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to generate leads through calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads through regular calling.
- Explain the company and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Identify interested customers.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Share qualified leads with the concerned team.
- Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Update daily calling and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle basic customer queries.
- Maintain good and professional communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead handover.
- Requirements 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with making calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with daily targets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support will be preferred.
