Job SummaryThe Organic World is looking for an experienced Inventory Warehouse Executive to manage inventory accuracy, stock movements, warehouse operations, and coordination with stores and suppliers. The candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse operations.
- Handle inward and outward stock movements.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain stock records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and store teams.
- Monitor stock ageing, damaged stock, and shrinkage.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and warehouse housekeeping.




- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
- Follow company SOPs, safety, and compliance requirements.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Inventory or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Grocery industry preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
