The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining loan and financial products, understanding customer requirements, and assisting them throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain personal loan and financial product details clearly.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and verification teams.
- Handle customer questions professionally and politely.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
