We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to support customer service and retail operations across multiple e-commerce brands. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and help deliver positive shopping experiences through clear, empathetic, and professional communication. You will use Shopify, Google Sheets, and other operational systems to manage orders, returns, refunds, inventory updates, and shipping concerns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will investigate problems, identify root causes, and help improve day-to-day workflows. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce, fulfillment, and multi-brand retail operations within a collaborative, remote workplace. Accountabilities

Respond to customer inquiries across multiple brands and communication channels while adhering to each brand’s policies, tone, and service standards.

Write clear, accurate, empathetic, and professional customer responses that address concerns and support positive customer experiences.

Manage customer service operations, including refunds, return labels, order updates, returns, and inventory adjustments.

Use Shopify to review customer records, access order information, and manage customer-related requests.

Maintain Google Sheets trackers, organize operational data, reconcile information, and support day-to-day workflows.

Monitor and resolve returns, backorders, fulfillment errors, inventory shortages, shipping delays, and other order-related issues.
