We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven sales leader to accelerate business growth across India in the industrial B2B manufacturing sector. This role combines hands-on business development, strategic account management, and leadership of a growing regional sales team. You will identify new market opportunities, win high-value customers, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and build long-term relationships with industrial manufacturers. Alongside your individual sales targets, you will coach team members, establish performance KPIs, and drive accountability for pipeline development and revenue results. Working closely with technical and operational teams, you will deliver customer-focused solutions while protecting profitability and expanding market share. This is an on-site, field-oriented leadership opportunity offering significant autonomy,
