We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, build, and maintain scalable HR technology solutions. In this role, you will develop and configure HR services, employee-facing portals, case management capabilities, and lifecycle workflows that streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience. You will leverage ServiceNow scripting, automation tools, and integration technologies to connect HR platforms with external enterprise systems. Working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This prospect offers a fully remote,

Accountabilities

Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions in line with business requirements and technical best practices.

Implement and support core HRSD capabilities, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events.

Configure and customize Service Catalog components, including catalog items, record producers, and HR service offerings.

•
Design and automate HR workflows using Flow Designer to improve process efficiency and employee service delivery.

•
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and related integration technologies.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
