The Utility Credit Analyst will play an key role in managing utility credit balances, refunds, and transfer requests in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This position involves researching utility invoices, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring outstanding credit requests are resolved accurately and within established deadlines. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to maintain reliable financial records and streamline operational processes. By combining analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive communication, you will help improve the accuracy and efficiency of utility account management. You will also contribute to reporting, data tracking, and special projects supporting a range of managed services activities. Accountabilities

•
Utility Credit Management: Research utility invoices, identify outstanding credit balances, and initiate refund or transfer requests with utility suppliers.

Request Ownership: Manage credit balance requests from initiation through final resolution, ensuring appropriate follow-up and meeting the target resolution timeframe of 60 days.

Supplier Coordination: Communicate with utility suppliers and internal stakeholders to investigate outstanding balances, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely credit transfers or refunds.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of credit requests, communications, follow-ups, and resolutions in Excel spreadsheets and the relevant dispute management system.
