We are seeking an experienced legal operations professional to streamline and strengthen the administrative processes that support a global legal function. In this role, you will oversee contract management, legal billing, vendor relationships, and operational systems. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Accountabilities

Contract Management: Own the end-to-end contract execution, filing,



and recordkeeping process, ensuring documents are accurately issued, organized, accessible, and easy to retrieve.

Budget and Billing Operations: Oversee payment requests and invoice reviews, coordinate with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies, and support legal budget tracking and forecasting.

Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor onboarding, renewals, and rate-card administration while ensuring external law firms comply with established legal counsel guidelines.

Legal Systems Administration: Manage relationships with matter management and e-signature platform providers, oversee system configurations and integrations, and maintain approval workflows.
