Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI & Automation job designs, develops and implements complex full-stack applications and intelligent technology solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. With minimal supervision, this job develops scalable user experiences using React, enterprise services and APIs using Java/Spring Boot, and Python-based AI and automation solutions. This job partners with business and technology teams to integrate Generative AI, automation and enterprise systems while ensuring solutions meet organizational standards for security, scalability, reliability and performance.
Key Accountabilities
• FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT: Designs, develops, tests and deploys scalable enterprise applications using React, Java/Spring Boot and Python, applying modern software engineering practices and reusable design patterns.
• FRONT-END ENGINEERING: Develops responsive, reusable and high-performance user experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary front-end development frameworks and practices.
• BACK-END & API DEVELOPMENT: Designs and develops enterprise backend services, REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, integrating applications with internal and external systems.
• PYTHON & AI DEVELOPMENT: Develops Python-based applications and services supporting Generative AI, machine learning, data processing, intelligent automation and enterprise integrations.
• AI SOLUTIONS: Designs and integrates Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflows into enterprise applications.
• INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION: Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and implements intelligent automation solutions by integrating AI, APIs, workflow technologies and enterprise applications.
